RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Crocodilli is unable to provide refunds for changes of mind.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will honor exchanges and credit notes.

Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving an item via email to contact@crocodilli.com

Items must be returned unworn, unmarked and in original condition with packaging.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless faulty.

We ask that returned items be shipped via registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below:

SHIPPING COST OF RETURNED ITEM

Crocodilli takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
